These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Palmm website at https://palmm.ai and related services operated by Palmm. By using the site or submitting information through our forms, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Palmm provides systems, automation, media, and related consulting for service businesses. Descriptions on the website are informational. Specific deliverables, fees, and timelines are set in a separate proposal or agreement when you engage us.

Palmm SMS / text messaging program

Program name: Palmm Notifications

Description: Transactional and service texts from Palmm about appointment booking, confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, and follow-ups related to your inquiry or services with Palmm.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 8 messages per month depending on your activity with Palmm.

Message and data rates may apply.

HELP: Reply HELP for help, or email tommy@palmm.ai.

STOP: Reply STOP to cancel. You may receive one final confirmation of opt-out. After that you will no longer receive SMS from this program unless you opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Agreeing to texts is required to book a call through https://palmm.ai/start because we send the confirmation and reminders by text. It is not a condition of buying any Palmm service. To schedule without texts, email tommy@palmm.ai. You can reply STOP at any time.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Website use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false or unlawful content. We may update or discontinue site features at any time.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and materials are owned by Palmm or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.
