Palmm ("Palmm," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by Tommy Brown and builds AI systems, automation, and growth infrastructure for service businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit https://palmm.ai, use our forms (including https://palmm.ai/start), book a call, or communicate with us by SMS, email, or phone.

This is the only privacy policy for Palmm and the Palmm Notifications SMS program.

• SMS / messaging consent status when you opt in to texts
• Notes or details you share about your business or goals
• Booking and calendar information when you schedule a call with us

• Ad and analytics events (for example Meta Pixel) used to measure our own marketing

How we use information

We use your information to:

• Respond to inquiries and qualify leads
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Send transactional SMS and email about your request, booking, reminders, or service with Palmm (SMS only if you opted in)
• Operate, improve, and secure our website and services
• Measure our own advertising performance where permitted

SMS / text messaging program

If you opt in to SMS from Palmm on https://palmm.ai/start, we may send appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, and related service messages about your inquiry or engagement with Palmm. How opt-in works, including the exact consent wording: https://palmm.ai/sms

We collect your mobile number and your opt-in choice only to send the messages you asked for and to honor STOP and HELP requests.

Message frequency varies (typically up to 8 messages per month depending on your activity). Message and data rates may apply.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may use service providers (such as an SMS delivery platform) solely as processors to send messages on Palmm's behalf. Those providers are not permitted to use your mobile number or consent for their own marketing.

Agreeing to texts is required to book a call through https://palmm.ai/start because we send the confirmation and reminders by text. It is not a condition of buying any Palmm service. To schedule without texts, email tommy@palmm.ai. You can reply STOP at any time.

Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share, sell, rent, or provide mobile phone numbers or messaging consent data to third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may share limited data with vendors who help us operate our business (for example hosting, CRM, calendar, and SMS delivery) only to perform services for Palmm. Those vendors may not use your information, including your mobile number, for their own marketing. This is not a sale or transfer of SMS consent for third-party marketing.

We may also disclose information if required by law.

Cookies & ads

We use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel, to understand site usage and measure Palmm's own campaigns. We never send your phone number, SMS opt-in status, or messaging consent to advertising or analytics platforms.

Data retention

We keep lead and communication records as long as needed to provide services, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion by emailing tommy@palmm.ai, subject to legal retention requirements.

Your choices
